Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead IT Infrastructure & Network Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, and IT security.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure and scalable network infrastructures that ensure reliability, performance, and compliance across both corporate and cloud environments.

This role includes collaboration with our Cyber Security and Red Team units to enhance network resilience, perform vulnerability testing, and continuously improve our security posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level LAN, WAN, and Data Center networks with a focus on performance, redundancy, and security.
  • Configure and optimize routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP for stable and dynamic connectivity.
  • Implement and manage firewalls (FortiGate, Sophos), VPNs, and network security policies to safeguard corporate systems.
  • Collaborate with the Red Team and Cybersecurity departments to test and strengthen network defenses through controlled simulations and penetration exercises.
